If I don’t have time to study the form then I’ll start with the favourite which I’m happy being against in UK greyhounds. I’ll switch manually to 2nd or 3rd favourite for UK horse racing if I’m around.

Most days the selections will be mine. But it’s a lot of work. Fortunately, my main market, forex, gives me a lot of spare time because I’m a position trader.
