Hi there Birkdale!…..Guess who?
After I posted me taarrrrarrrr to you I poked me nose into Thompson’s website and saw the reason for your post to me. It was the FLASH results by the side of a large Premium rate telephone with a large 090 number to assist good people to phone and cash in on them lovely winners. But look carefully Birkdale. See the yellow advert? See the words MEMBERS? Them results relate SOLELY TO THAT FLASH! …..MEMBERS!!! …..NOT THE 090 PRS TELEPHONE SERVICE that you thought!. You paid one big compliment Birkdale to the guy that sicked up that scam advert by falling for it. Now take a butchers hook at the small print on the yellow flash Birkdale and you will see in tiny tiny writing, “proofed by the Trinity Mirror group” Think about that one Birkdale. Just a simple question now. What group does The Racing Post belong to? Is it not The Mirror group…Think about it!!!
Birkdale! You have been conned. Good and proper. . Thompson has tricked you with scam advertising trickery. And that my very good friend is what happens when innocent and honest people like you are caught and tricked by trickery with intent to deceive, confuse and extract. And you were tricked and you were deceived.and you were confused.and many will have money extracted as a result of reading that misleading and confusing advert.. If Thompson claims it is not trickery then why did it trick an innocent person like your-self!! I ‘aint being hard on you Bkd but you have just shown by example how good people get caught. I believe that advert has been in that format for a very long time. I wonder why?
Question. Do you think you were the first person to fall for it? Think about it. Question. Do you think that the Mirror group and Thompson know that it confuses people?….Think about it…….Do you think they will change it because it confuses people?……Think about it! …..And that Birkdale is the con within!
Please do not think Birkdale for one moment that I have insulted you by my rant. But this example of you being caught by an advert believing that it relates to one picture (and who can blame you!)when in actual fact it relates to another clearly illustrates the deception. . That is the trick, and it worked. The page was designed to trick and confuse you Birkdale and it did. Its almost a better con than me three card trick!.
Them results sure look impressive don’t they?. But he may have had 500 losers or more but he don’t tell you that does he?. I wonder why?.
Just a thought. .When you complain about the Buzz line Birkdale why not mention his website trick?

Just a couple of points from the advert on the front of Tommoracing :
He claims…
“I share all my insider knowledge “
Question: Does he have insider knowledge ? True / False ?….. If true, does he share it all ?
“If you want today's best tips, you can call my premium rate line”
Question: On what basis can he describe these tips as the best ?
My view is that if he cannot prove beyond doubt that these claims are accurate, then surely he has lied.

Thank you for your kind words re my rant and rattle concerning Thomson's 'misleading' Website advert. I was a little concerned that I may have overstepped me mark, but I read it several times and felt that I could change little of its content without losing the thrust.
As I have said before. Tommo don't lie. He tricks, he deceives, he's a conman, and much much more……BUT HE DON'T LIE!!
You question his spew words:- …….”I share all my insider knowledge“
That piece of sick could mean a thousand things. No not a thousand. A million!
The extreme could be.. “I do share my insider knowledge” Every morning I get up and share my “insider knowledge” at breakfast with me pet alligator”!!! Ridiculous yes. But he did share his insider knowledge” didn't he?. The fact that he says it in his garbage tipping lines is only a presumption by the reader that “he shares it with them!”. He makes you think he is sharing it with you, when the reality is he only shares it with his pet alligator. Trick scam words Birkdale. Unprovable
You queerie …”If true, does he share it all ”?……… He don't have to Birkdale. He only feeds the spew that he needs to reap his ill gotten gains. Once again, Unprovable!
You Queenie….“If you want today's best tips” …….. Again a play on words and as such unprovable. He is trying his hardest to force feed his best tips…… But best of what?…. The very best of all his fellow scam tipsters?….The best you can buy?. ….The best in the Racing Post? ….The best that he dreamt about in his sleep? …… The best that mickey Mouse told him?……. The best that his pin selected?……. The best that the paper boy told him.? …….Or the best of his selections that took him less than a minute to find by tossin' dice!!!”….When you read the word “best” you yourself take its meaning relative to content. But if he does not, can you prove it? Unprovable!
You yourself read the words and accept them as an honest man. The tragedy is Birkdale, they are written by a dishonest man!
This guy cannot be caught and raked by scam tipping tool trade words. BUT!!! It is my belief that the 'winner only' scam adverts can be PROVED to be misleading, deceiving, con-trick, scam, and fraudulent advertising. Read my letter in me Of-com Communication forum Birkdale and take a shufty at the scam words I listed, and ask yourself. How are PPP going to answer those questions in Thompson's favour. The content within is PROVABLE
And finally (for the moment!) Heres one for you to think about. Why not write a letter to Watchdog. Do they not investigate scams where the public are ripped of rotton by unscrupulous con-men who lure and seduce the public to believe they are smomething they are not. As in:-

It is code of conduct that racing tipsters never show their losers. Therefor it is extremely difficult to know how our lad is performing. Its almost as if he doesn't show his losses on purpose. But lets just say that he forgets. BUT! During those years there have been occasions when people have managed to infiltrate his HQ and monitor his profit AND LOSSES . Over various time periods, his losses were astronomical…. Below is an accurate account of those time periods. They read as follows.
In 3 months of 2005 ………………. …….. £6000 LOSS……. £50 stk
In 1 month of 2001 ………………………… £1921 LOSS…….. £50 stk
In 10 months of 2008 ……………………. £11,359 LOSS…. (RPdec9)

As a warning to honest people like myself to keep their money in their pocket, I feel duty bound to name the tipster. But before so doing, I would like to have asked a proper Professional Racing Tipster his own views as to the above atrociuos accounts. I could not imagine for one moment that his reply would be anything better than “total crap! “
The tipsters name who holds credit for the above accounts is:- ……No I 'aint gonna say! ………I don't want to embaress him!……And then I had a idea! “I wonder if I disguised the dates and asked him what he himself thought of the horrific losses. Not realising they were his own, I image he would say something like:-

HELP!!!!
The best thing that Betfair done for me was to give me the boot off the forums. If they hadn't you would never have had the pleasure of me company and I would never have been able to rant and rave like wot I duz on here!. Also, I would never have started me own blog. Gawd knows how I've managed to get as far as I 'ave with it. But its rollin' along nicely.
Now I'm gonna ask for a big big favour!….. In the BF Horse Race Forum theres a geezer who has stuck up:-
“CLOD SEEMS TO HAVE IT IN FOR TOMMO AT ………” (I think it refers to an article in the Sun newspaper.)
Now I'd love to know what that's all about. If its liftable and not to messy can some kind person lift it and stick it in me 'scam-ad' thread.,(this one) I'd love a shufty. I think it relates to a geezer in the Sun who must be poppin' of at Thompson. There was a similar article a week or so ago that I missed. Here's thanking someone in advance!!!!

I didn't see the article myself but I've put the word out on Betfair so hopefully somebody can reply.
There is no real specific info. within the posts on the subject but it seems that Clod has been critical of Thompson for his apparent lack of form study when giving out his “tips”

Have you ever looked at Thompson's scam adverts on the ATR text service, page 643 ?
Again, its a premium rate telephone service and he only shows the winners.
I had to laugh at today's text when I read about him receiving “information direct from a shrewd yard”, and that he has also got a “spy” who has told him about a massive handicap gamble. Seems the horse has 20lbs in hand and will “hack up” (Ho Ho Ho, we will see !!)
Finally if proof were needed that Thompson has unique information it is in his advert in today's (Wednesday) Racing Post. He says that “its a bumper day's racing today” and that he's looking for “more success”. Well I can't find any evidence that a race meeting is actually being held today !! (although I expect that anybody stupid enough to call will still get charged the full rate).
Yet another misleading advert inviting the gullible to waste their money

Yes, I did see it. Its the same 'winner only' type con as that in the RP. But its one step at a time for me Birkdale. I would think that whatever the regulator rules for the scam-ad 'winners only' (when they can untangle themselves!) would also apply to the advert you saw.
Anyway. Before I go off on one Birkdale, I must ask. Did you notice anything else about Thompson's piece of sick today?
Apologies gents for losing me rag in me earlier post and stepping down a lower level with them thinly disguised swear words I used, but me blood was boilin' proper, and still is!!

Derek Thompson has screwed geezers rotten nearly every day for the past 15 years or so with his scam-adverts. Today is Xmas eve. The season of good-will There was no horse racing today so one would have thought that King-Con would have at least given his victims a day off from being ripped of by his trickery! But oh no!!! Not King-con!!! This guy takes and takes and takes. The scam-ad geezer takes, takes and takes at every available opportunity, whether there is racing or not!!
I took a stroll across the dales to me friendly village bookie to read King-con’s daily scam-ad. “Your gonna bust a blood vessel if you read that Gerry!!” said.me bookie pal. “It could spoil your Xmas Gerry!!” I thought he was joking as there was no racing. But he wasn’t.
The advert that King-Con Thompson spewed up today is the worst insult and the worst piece of scam advertising I have ever seen. This is how I read his big words scam advert. And remember, there is no racing today.
“IT’S A BUMPER DAYS RACING TODAY”
“AND YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS OUT!”
“I’VE HAD A GREAT DECEMBER SO FAR”
“AND I’M LOOKING FOR MORE SUCCESS TODAY!”
DON’T MISS OUT”
But there is no racing today!!! Can you believe that? There’s no racing today and he still manages to spew out his stinking garbage!!!!! I started rantin’ and ravin’ in the shop (they all know me down there as Gerry, the Tommo basher!!!) “Take it easy Gerry said me bookie pal! You’ll bust a blood vessel … Calm down!” “Now take a look at them three small words Gerry at the top of the scam-ad” (I’ve trained all the geezers down there to call it a scam-ad!) “If it helps Gerry, it fooled me and several others as as well!”…….I took another shufty through me blood red eyes, and there it was ….the trick!!! And it even tricked me!!! And according to Birkdale’s post I think it may have tricked him as well. In the smallest writing in the whole advert, apart from the blood money stuff you have to read with a magnifying glass, there were just three small words placed in such a way that the eye misses them when reading the high profile gloats! I missed them three words and so did many many others. THE TRICK!! The three words said:-
“Boxing day only”
Well what can you say? The geezer and his scam-ad team have to be complimented. He is one bloody good con man!!! There is none better!!! I wonder if all the racing cronies that patronise him know!!!!!! He is the very best of racing con men. If you don’t believe me, read my blog from start to finish and try telling me I’m wrong! If he were to be questioned as to the ethics and morality of his 'oh so obvious' scam-ad, he would just say that he told his readers that it was boxing day so what’s the problem? It was up to them to find the words. Take a look at the following and you will get an idea what I mean, I shall repeat the advert in a way that the scan-ad king presented it himself:-

When seeing the trick ad for the first time the eyes miss the small words and are steered to the larger ones. And King Con’s advert was a professional scam ad and well thought out. I can’t match that, but I have tried me best to show you how it looked! The brain seeks the largest gloat words first and digests the main content and then in most cases does not bother to read the smaller writing. Half shut your eyes, look at the scam-ad and you will get an idea as to how the scam-ad was thought out and fabricated in the scam-ad sewer factory!
Can you now wonder why I missed the trick, the bookmaker missed the trick “and several others missed the trick”, and I think Birkdale missed the trick as well. Can anybody be blamed for getting caught with a masterpiece of con like that!
Think about it!
And then comes the rest of the verbal river of sewage!!!! The “I’ve had a great December so far” crap!!!…..If he did then why did he keep gloating about a 12-1, 4-1 and 4-1, winner for over two weeks!!!!!! And if he did, why don't he tell us how much he won. Sorry I mean lost!

Greedy Thompson on a double shift today, Kempton in the afternoon for CH4 and Great Leighs tonight for ATR.
So when will he find the time to do his form study for the tipping lines ?
Surely a great opportunity for him to own up to the gullible callers and admit that either, (1) he doesn't study, he just guesses , or (2) somebody else does the work
Such is his greed I wouldn't be surprised if he dressed up as Santa and distributed presents to the kids at a local shopping centre this morning before Kempton began (for a fee of course)

I sent you the missing info. you were asking for regarding Thompson's 2 lines for October, did you get it ? I sent it to the e-mail address you created on the blog.
Regarding the Betfair thread, as you know it was eventually taken down by Betfair as things were getting out of hand, and therefore I don't think it can be retrieved. Unfortunately I didn't save it. However, I think your old mate Cannyman might have, so perhaps you could put out a call to him.
I've still got the full results for Thompson's main line and buzz line for October. If you let me know what you want I'll see what I can do.
There's been loads of discussion about tipping lines and Thompson in particular over the past 4 days on the BF forum. Why don't you sneak back in under another name and have a look

I did get your e-mail and thank you for your results. The results that I show in me Blog are the two that Thompson sicks up on talkSport every morning. They are also 2 (the same) of his daily scam-ad 5 that he gives for free on TalkSport but charges £2 for them in his scam-ad 5. I'm going to keep a daily record just on his 'daily two spew' as they are nice and regular
I did see on the BF thread titles quit a bit of RP tipster bashing Birkdale. Mainly from the Magician on RP advertorials. It 'aint easy for me to come up with another name Birkdale. I tried it once and I got nailed. I 'aint gonna try again in case they shut me account down. What was The Magician moaning about Birkdale?

I’m having massive problems with me machine. It took me about half an hour to hold this thread steady. I’m having problems with me emails as well…… I tried to pick up your attachment the other day Birkdale but It would not ccme through……. The only place that I’m not having to much of a problem is in me Blog.
I think for the time being Birkdale, I’ll put communications on hold. I’ve got a geezer who owes me a few favours coming round one day in the week to try and sort it. Until then I’m in cold storage.

Hi there Birkdale.
Me machine is running steady at present. A few blips, but I'm managing OK……Fingers crossed!!!!…..Been in touch this afternoon with PhonepayPlus on the blower. Will give an update as to what happened tomorrow in me 'Ofcom Communication' thread.
It was suggested that as its only one person (me) complaining, the cause would have more strength if people phoned or emailed Phonepay Plus and made a complaint. I felt that if I had a case whereby I had been fraudulently ripped off for £2000 the case would be investigated…… But to investigate a case about a geezer whose only lost a fiver or so…….who cares!!!! That's the strength of Thompson's scam………Who complains to the authorities abut a few quid lost to a nice friendly guy like Derek Thompson.
It was suggested that the 600 geezers that were rooting against Thompson on your BF thread would help. But sadly I had to tell them the thread got zapped and I got banned for life.
I note that you have got a 'runner' thread which is picking up steam in the Horse Racing forum, although sadly I cannot read the content. If you can keep that going and get good support I'm sure it would help greatly….. But tell the guys …..NO NAMES AND TO KEEP IT CLEAN…..Also Birkdale just in case some azzhole gets it zapped, may I suggest you keep an up to date copy. Just in case.
Maybe if you could put a note up that if anybody disapproves of the way that 090 tipsters operate with 'winner only advert they should make a complaint to
PhonepayPlus on:-

But if it's only one guy whose griping about a fiver……..Who cares?
I'm going to stick this post up in me blog (not bog!) as well Birkdale. We need as many people as possible to make some sort of protest however small. Every little will help ……as the actress said to the bishop!!
