For any regular Betfair forumites from the old days you might remember Gerryatric. Well, he just contacted me after a couple of years by email and I reproduce it below. (If you don’t want it published here Gerry let me know and I’ll delete it.) Gerry, BTW, click the headline above to see the full post! LOL.
It seems he now has a life ban at the Betfair forum and a possible blog ban. Gerry, come over to the land of the free. You can either have your own blog hosted here free - and so can anyone else for that matter - or why don’t you become a guest author at Juicestorm.com? My home here.

Next week, back by popular demand on WUBT Betting Exchange Radio — he was last on over a year ago — is Brian Coplin.
Brian has now finished the accounts for November and was pleasantly surprised by his profit. It now means that in the last 4 months he has made more than his full time job before tax. You’ll be able to find out how he’s done that, live, with me next Wednesday 10th December 2008 at 1.00pm UK time.

Thanks to everyone who took part, Adam has agreed to run the competition again soon, watch this space!
On Wednesday 3rd December 2008 we have Adam Todd from RacingTraders.com as a guest live on WUBT Betting Exchange Radio at 1.00pm UK time. There’s been a competition running here at Juicstorm.com since last Saturday and the closing date for entries is Wednesday 3rd December 2008 at 11:00 GMT. So you’ve still got time to participate. And many, many thanks to Adam for putting up those two great prizes.
We’re considering setting up a regular monthly tournament for Juicestorm readers. Would anyone be interested in playing?
If so, I personally favour Full Tilt Poker. Please comment with your views on time, date, poker room, buy in, etc, etc. There may also be some added flavour to the winner of an additional prize which may be of interest to the majority.
JPG wrote here:- “To be honest, I think Cassini would have been better in extracting rule 3 instead of rule 2, as that appears to be one rule which has most aligned significance for both types of trader. Poor money management can bankrupt the very best cold traders, inplay traders and out & out value bettors.” Are we agreed?
Well guys, I feel like the defendant here.
And rightly so looking at the opinion I’m against in the likes of Graeme Dand and Roberto Cassini. Well, that brings me nicely to my contention that value is a myth. Because value is all about your personal opinion.
This is the only point I’ll address today because I ain’t the fastest typist!…
We’ve got Leon from Don’t give up your day job on WUBT Betting Exchange Radio today Wednesday 26th November at 11.00am UK time. He did, in fact, give up his day job back in July …
Whenever I hear traders tell me, “I don’t have any opinion, I just trade price action.” I always smile and think to myself that the trader is both an idiot and a liar if they’re a trader in my other market. But in the betting exchange market it is a little different. The truth of the matter in both markets though is that every time you enter the market you are implicitly rendering an opinion on the future movement of price.
