But... I can not get it to track a tournament properly at Cake poker... even though it tracks cash games there perfectly. I haven't seen any help from poker-edge support... I have emailed screen shots etc... still no help from them. They told me I have a problem with my anti-virus software etc. So.. I emailed them screen shots of the software working at some sites I play at.... with the firewall-anti virus off.. and on... and Cash games at Cake with it off and on... and proved it doesn't work properly for tracking tournaments at Cake. Oddly enough... it manages to pick up players coming and going from tables... but it doesn't track very many.. if any... hands. I don't know if anyone else is having these problems...
