Aye, noticed received a free voucher for the Aintree Preview Night when attending last night, so I will be there.
My glass lad days are well behind me though, so that was the only chance of me getting “up there.” :)

Will you be covering the Aintree Preview also? Is the set up likely to be similar to yesterday evening, or is there a new line up in the offing? You’re on the money with recording these previews, only seem to get snippets from bookmakers on what they wish to show when looking at Youtube and the previews this year.

We should be able to cover the Aintree Preview, I dont have a panel line up here, but you can keep an eye out for the announcement at the Northern Racing Club (www.northernracingclub.com). We should be set up a little better too, we are only showing one of the presenters here on these videos because of time constraints and poor sound on the recordings.

Just checked, panel done and dusted. I’ll have to chip in with the questions and see can I sneak in on one next year:

John Morris – John is a regular at club events being the Radio Merseyside racing correspondent as well as being the author of the established ‘Jumping Prospects’ Racing Annual.

Paul Fergusson – Paul has been a regular contributor to Racing Ahead magazine in the past and now writes his own ‘Jumpers To Follow’ Racing Annual – available from CC Publishing.

Mark Ball – Mark runs syndicates for Lets Live Racing and has several horses in training at top yards such as Venetia Williams and Alan King. As such Mark has his ear to the ground and runs his own successful Cheltenham Preview in Prestbury with plenty of contacts in the sport. Tickets are available at £4 in advance or £5 on the night.

Paul Ferguson interesting booking, I’ve penned a couple articles for Racing Ahead back in the day, and was always well thought of.

    Hi Victor,
Will you be doing any work with the Northern Racing Club this year as a whole? Maybe they could do with some help with the website etc? I’m thinking of joining and forwarding pieces for their quarterly newsletter.
